4/1/26 – Membership – We have 301 paid members now. 49 new members attended orientation on March 28, 2026; 4 members were unable to attend and a separate date is being set.
3/19/26 – Board – 301 total members.
3/4/26 – Membership – We have 292 paid members to date. There are still 34 outstanding new members; they have until March 17th to turn in their money.
2/19/26 – Board – 253 members have paid their membership dues. Club has 62 new applications. 6 of new applications have paid their membership dues. All new members should have paid dues by March 17th. Orientation will be held on the first workday (working on sporting clays).
2/4/26 – Membership – Reported 50 new apps. Dr. Shuler donated FIRST Aid dog kit and did not charge the club. Sent a thank you card from the club.
1/15/26 – Board – To date, 145 members have paid their dues. Tonight we had 5 new applications filled out. She also reported that membership cards are being mailed out, watch your mailboxes. Also, the member meeting on February 4, 2026 will be the last chance to fill out new member applications.
1/7/26 – Membership – To date, 63 members have paid their dues. Tonight we had 32 new applications filled out. She also reminded everyone to update any address/phone number changes.
12/18/25 – Board – Members are paying dues. I received a lot of cards back from mailing. Members are not changing their address. Please notify Misti if your address changes. Received a Thank You card from the Dyer family and another one from Elwood Keinath and family.
12/3/25 – Membership – Dues notices are going out soon. Sent Greg Dyer family a condolence card.
11/20/25 – Board – Sent two Get Well cards to Mick Thoma and Mark Donahue.
11/5/25 – Membership – Christmas party invites have been sent. RSVP with payment by 11/21/25 please.
10/18/25 – Board – Misti Clark reported that Mike Miller is preparing post cards for Christmas Party, and they will be mailed soon.
10/1/25 – Membership – Sent out two condolence cards. One to Steve and Laura Chambers and another to Chris Atkins for recent passing of family members.
9/18/17/25 – Board – Nothing to report regarding membership. There are 83 signed up for the Youth Pheasant Hunt on 10/18/25,
9/3/25 – Membership – Nothing to report.
8/21/17/25 – Board – Sent a get-well card to Roger Bennett.
8/6/25 – Membership – Nothing to report
7/17/25 – Board – Annual corn roast and picnic invites were sent out. Also sent a get-well card to Jim Fryer.
7/2/25 – Membership – Mike Miller printed the Family Picnic invitations for us again. They will go out in the mail soon. She sent a get-well card to Jerry Miller. She also sent a condolence card to the family of Steve James who recently passed away.
6/19/25 – Board – She received a letter of nomination for a member to become a lifetime member.
6/4/25 – Membership – She noted she had received a letter from the family of Tom Tasca that he had passed away in April. Misti will be sending a condolence card on behalf of the club.
5/15/25 – Board – The new member that passed was Keith Pierce. There will be a celebration of life ceremony on June 14th, 2025, from 12-4 pm at Grace Point Church in Galion, Ohio.
5/7/25 – Membership – A new member passed away recently. She sent a card and a refund check for the members dues to the family.
4/17/25 – Board – All new members have been through orientation. We have a grand total of 344 members this year. There are 311 paid annual members, 21 life members, 12 board members, 2 Honorary Life members.
4/2/25 – Membership – Out of the 65 new members offered membership for the year 2025, 60 of them paid in full on time. This brings our membership total to 311 members for the year 2025. She also noted that the on-line store is now open and anyone can order apparel. If want other things added please let her know.
3/20/25 – Board – As of today, 50 of the 65 applicants for new membership have responded and paid in full. This will bring the total membership to 301 paid members. Prospective new members still have a couple days to get payment postmarked or dropped off in box at club.
3/5/25 – Membership – 251 members renewed their membership, and 29 new members have paid so far. The new member orientation is on March 29th, 2025, at 8am.
2/20/25 – Board – 251 members renewed their membership for the year 2025. We had 65 new applications for the year 2025 membership. All 65 were sent letters of acceptance. If all prospective members pay dues and initiation fees that would take the membership to 316. The new member orientation will be on March 29th, 2025. Misti also noted she has established a date and location for the 2025 Christmas Party. It will be on December 6th at the Der Dutchman restaurant. Joe added we are going to do a gun raffle to offset cost to membership. Details will be released soon.
2/5/25 – Membership – It appears that it can be approximately 14 days from the postmark date, as to when mail is being delivered. Because of the time delay, 2025 dues payments are not finalized. Including the applications received tonight, there are several new member applicants. Misti will give an update when she gets through all paperwork.
Misti also reported she had received a Thank-You note from Jim Ernsberger and his family for being recognized at the RCFG Christmas Party.
