11/20/25 – Board – Nothing new.
11/5/25 – Membership – Tried adjusting lights and the cross arms are rotted and broken. Shooting to continue on Wednesday evenings. After much discussion Hank Webb made a motion to allocate $1200.00 to replace the old lights new LED lights. His motion was seconded by Matt Carey. All were in favor, none opposed. Motion passed. It was also noted that club member, Joe Galford, donated the new cross arms and hardware to get everything working. Thanks Joe!
10/18/25 – Board – Covered by Jeff Gerberick at beginning of meeting. He also discussed the clay targets being used noting that they are experiencing targets breaking with the Midlands and requested the board authorize the purchase of a pallet of Blackouts. This was approved. Cory will get a check to Jeff, and he will purchase.

2/20/25 – Board – There was a lot of conversation about trap. No actions resulted at this time. Will be reviewing procedures and reporting.
2/5/25 – Membership – Matt, target date is the first week of April, 2025. To be determined, the possibility of a 40-bird shoot for late March, 2025.

11/6/24 – Membership – Matt, 196 cases of clays used for season. Shoots are done. Looking for help for next year if anyone is interested.
10/17/24 – Board – Matt, still having fun shoots until the end of the month.
10/2/24 – Membership – Matt, last regular shoot was tonight. Will shoot for fun on Wednesdays the rest of October.
9/19/24 – Board – Matt, all going well. Season is almost over.
9/4/24 – Membership – Joe, Matt is absent, but the special shoot last Monday went very well.
8/15/24 – Board – Matt, there will be a honorary shoot on 8/26/24.
8/7/24 – Membership – Matt, on 8/26/24 there will be a memorial shoot for Danny Howard. He is a regular Trap Shooter that recently passed away. This will be a 40-bird protection shoot. Also noted that the morning of the family picnic, 8/24/24 at 8am to 10am we are going to have a learn to shoot Trap session. This will be free for all members wanting to learn. Just bring a shotgun and shells.
7/18/24 – Board – Nothing
7/3/24 Membership – Matt, last three shoots we have had a total of 55 shooters.
6/20/24 – Board – Matt, 18 shooters last night and 19 the week before.
6/5/24 – Membership – Matt, going very well. Had 16 shooters tonight in the rain.
5/16/24 – Board – Matt, tracking a lot of statistics, clays used, in and out money, etc. A lot to learn but getting a good handle on it. There was a lot of group discussion. We will continue to monitor statistics and see where it takes us.
5/1/24 – Membership – Matt Carey, tonight was first night it didn’t rain. Took in $631.84 cents. Averaging 4 cases of clays per night but tonight they used 6 cases. Matt was asked if he asked Jeff Gerbrick about members only shoot to learn event? This can happen any Wednesday evening at 7:30 pm. We could also try to arrange on a Saturday afternoon. He will have further discussion with Jeff about a Saturday event.
4/18/24 – Board – Matt, Weather has been bad every week but there is a group of dedicated shooters there every week. Joe asked Matt to talk with Jeff Gerbrick about a learn to shoot trap session and members only shoot.
4/3/24 – Membership – Matt Carey, Tonight was first shoot. If interested, please come shoot. We have a core of dedicated shooters, and they will shoot rain or shine. Practice starts at 4pm and shoots start at 5pm every Wednesday.
3/21/24 – Board – Matt – Jeff Gerbrick was present prior to the meeting and picked up Trap money box. Trap will start on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024. Times will be 4pm for practice and 5pm for shoots. These will be weekly through the end of October. Jeff was again thanked for he and his wife volunteering to keep this program running. Matt will be his point of contact with the board and will assist Jeff as needed.
